Special project features include:

• Two (2) each dock-height doors and one (1) grade-level door for cross-dock logistics.
• The use of an engineered gabion (baskets filled with boulders) retaining wall to maximize the buildable area of the site; an acre is 43,560 SF and the building is nearly 18,000 SF plus almost another 18,000 SF in parking and driveways.
• The foundation was designed and built with future sanitary stub-ups and a fire sprinkler sleeve in place, meaning neither the slab nor the pavement will need to be cut for future build-out.
