- Approximately 8,000 SF combined Greenhouse Retail structures on a 3-acre, previously-developed site. Completed May 2025.
- Commercial grade greenhouse structures with interior build-out including primary sales area with POS counters, management offices, employee break room and secure storage.
- A 20,000+ SF gravel-paved outdoor sales area which allows foot and cart traffic; gravel walk path system includes: GAB base sandwiched in synthetic fabric to retain compaction of stone and still allow the through-passage of moisture (both storm water and plant water).
- The primary structure is a commercial greenhouse of approximately 7,500 SF with an adjoining 500 SF open-walled accessory structure for outdoor koi display.
Special project features include:
- Installation of a 15,000-gallon underground stormwater storage structure to maximize buildable area.
- All greenhouse control systems are automated and controlled remotely.
- Project budget: $1.8 million
