- The most noticeable upgrade is the custom wood front entry. This was hand built by DCG’s senior superintendent, Jeff Simmons, based on the design of architect Rob Adair.
- Also notable is the upgrade to the interior finishes, which includes upgraded hardwood flooring and carpet, upgraded interior trim (including wood wall base, door casings, chair rail and crown mold), and custom built-in bookshelves in the conference room, also built by Jeff Simmons based on a design by Rob Adair, which blend seamlessly with the upgraded trim.
- The building’s most unique upgrade is a powered dumbwaiter to the second floor. The dumbwaiter facilitates the movement of large files quickly and safely. The shaft of the dumbwaiter is a 1-hour rated assembly and has doors at both openings
